We are able to source filtered respirator masks, like the N95, KN95, or FFP2, as well as disposable or washable surgical masks. For specific information on each product:
- N95 Masks – FDA, CE and NIOSH certified
- KN95 Masks – FDA and/or CE certified (FFP2)
- Disposable Surgical Masks
- Washable Surgical Masks
Valved vs. Non-Valved N95 Masks
Our N95 and KN95 respirator masks are non-valved masks. If your mask has a plastic valve on it, then it only filters inhaled air and not your exhaled air, making it easier to breathe for construction or factory uses. It does not, however, protect the people around you as your exhaled air is unfiltered, and is not suitable for medical safety usage or social distancing.
KN95 and N95 Mask Filtration
KN95 and N95 masks filter a minimum of 95% of particles larger than .3 microns. This makes them slightly more effective than the European FFP2 standard (94% filtration) and a legitimate substitution. We can also source FFP2 CE-certified masks, if necessary.
FDA, NIOSH, CE Certifications
All products come with verifiable FDA and/or CE certifications that can be provided at purchase. We are able to supply a limited amount of sample kits to medical or governmental organizations that need to test the quality of the products before placing orders.
We can also potentially source N99 masks, though they are technically overkill for COVID-19 as the N95 and KN95 generally filter between 95% and 99% of coronavirus and other >.3 microns particles and are not necessary for casual interactions, shopping/retail use, restaurants and bars, as well as office work environments.
